Preconditions:
Clean profile
ETP set to STRICT

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://bing.com/search
2. Perform account login.
3. Tap on the burger menu.
4. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The account icon picture loads

Actual Behavior:
The standard account icon loads for the account

Notes:

• Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD(Both Normal and Private Browsing)
• Works as expected using Chrome
• Screenshot attached
• Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

@timhuang: Do you think this needs a higher severity/priority because this is Bing. We were unable to reproduce on Desktop.

I think S3 is okay for now because this only affects mobile. We should see which blocking domain causes this issue so that we can file an issue on Disconnect for reporting the breakage. Disconnect could move the domain to the content tracker list.
