I have verified this enhancement and I can confirm the following:

  • The AMO collection addon screen is displayed on the en-US, en-CA, and en-GB Firefox locales.
  • The AMO collection addon screen is not displayed for non "en-*" Firefox locales (used "de" and "fr" Firefox builds for testing this scenario).

Verified using the latest Firefox Beta 120.0b5 (Build ID: 20231101092803) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 13.4.1, and Linux Mint 21.1.
