Verified as fixed on the latest Fenix Nightly 120.0a1 from 10/4 with Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra (Android 12).
Tapping on "privacy policy" and "terms of use" from the Review checker opt-in screen redirects the user to the https://www.fakespot.com/privacy-policy and https://www.fakespot.com/terms, in new tabs.
