User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/118.0

Steps to reproduce:

• select 2 tabs
• drag them out of the window

Actual results:

Nothing happens

Expected results:

The 2 tabs should be moved to a new window (same behaviour as rightclick -> move tabs -> move to new window)

I was not able to reproduce the issue on release-tarballs for v118.0.2 v117.0.1 or v116.0.3
I'll try to see if I can replicate it by changing some settings/addons.

Correction: When explicitly testing with the wayland backend like described here it does not work even as far back as 115.0.3 (didn't test any older versions).

It's a Wayland issue then.
