Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox and select the Firefox View Next tab
2. Open a few different websites in different tabs
3. Turn On High Contrast
4. Select a tab from the Open Tabs card
5. Click on the three dot menu to reveal de Move Options sub menu

Expected result

• Open Tabs item sub-menu options should be visible with High Contrast

Actual result

• Open Tabs item sub-menu options are not visible with High Contrast

Additional note

• Submenu options are not visible in normal browsing mode after turning off the HCM and the browser isn't restarted

Reproducible on Ubuntu 22, with long mouse clicking on an item from "Open Tabs" card.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro x64 and I'm not seeing this on latest Nightly or Beta. Gabi, do you have any particular customizations set with the high contrast mode?

I'm also not able to reproduce this on Win10. Does it still occur on the latest beta for you? (119.0b4)

Issue is not reproducible on Firefox 119.0b4, after further investigation most likely the issue here is the same as in Bug 1856572 with the elements not being visible regardless of what theme is being used. Apologies for taking up your time in trying to reproduce this.
