Details
Environment:
==============
OS: Win NT 4.0 SP-6
Phoenix BuildID: Gecko/20021214 Phoenix/0.5
Summary:
=========
If one increases the font using <ctrl><+> until the horizontal scroll bar
appears it won't show up again a second time.
Reproducible: always
Steps to Reproduce:
====================
- start phoenix
- goto any page where no horizontal scroll bar initially exists
- start increasing the font size by pressing <ctrl><+> until horizontal scroll
bar appears
- now decrease font size until horizontal scroll bar disappears
- again increase font size using <ctrl><+>
Actual Results:
================
At the place where normally the horizontal scroll bar shows up only a grey bar
appears! The vertical scroll bar is still functional.
Expected Results:
==================
The horizontal scroll bar shows up again
Additional Information:
========================
- the areas where normally the arrows <- and -> are located don't work either,
but you are still able to click in the "end-area" of the scroll bar where you do
a block increment. By doing so BOTH horizontal and vertical scroll bars get stuck.
Possibly this is the case, if the scroll bar's bubble reaches the end of the
horizontal scroll bar but I can't say it definitely as the scroll bar is still
not visible - so it's more a "digging in the dark" ;o)
Note:
======
The described problem has originally been reported in bug #184852 but as this
bug contained several problem descriptions I decided to open a dedicated bug for
this problem.
*** Bug 184852 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Sorry - this one is also present in Mozilla 1.3a - hence we probably have to
move it to Mozilla, but perhaps a related bug for this problem has already been
filed...

Just checked some already existing Mozilla bugs and found bug #173072 which
seems to address the problem described here.
So I just d/l the latest trunk of Mozilla and I'm not able to double the bug
anymore - hence I mark it as duplicate of bug #173072.
