While the styling of this element is not fully follows the expected HCM button styling for Primary button, HCM, the border is an important part of semantic indication of a button in HCM - and this element is programmatically and functionally a button.
I'd ask to keep the button border and improve the HCM styling of this button to comply with the Acorns styling (ButtonText
and ButtonBackground
to be used for it, removing the underline), thus marking it as access-s3.

The severity field for this bug is set to S4. However, the accessibility severity is higher, .
:jhirsch, could you consider increasing the severity?
