User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212 Version 1.2 is the latest version where I can open messenger AND navigator together: normally I start with a messenger window and open after that a browser window. but in 1.2.1 and now in 1.3a I cannot open the browser window. If I click on the little icon on the lower left side or I choose the option from the window menu or I push CTRL+1 ... nothing happens. It's just not possible for me to open a browser window. When I toggle in the preferences the option start with navigator and mail/news together: it only starts the navigator and I cannot open a messenger window (I tried this with 1.3a with which I actually write this bug report). Now I will use version 1.2 again. The latest version that works fine for me. Sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand what I wanted to express. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. I'm sorry, I don't know how to reproduce my bug. I think its my system - a 3 year old windows 2000 installation 2. 3.
I have the same problem. It worked with the nightly build win32-20021123, but stopped working with 1.3a. Platform: win32 win2k pro.
seems this happens due to incompatible themes. Delete everything in the chrome dir in your profile directory to work around it. BTW: Not a good idea to upgrade/downgrade using same profile. And remember to follow the Installation Notes. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 144027 ***
