- This issue is noticeable when the user launches PiP in a Linux+Wayland session.

Tested platforms
- Affected platforms: Ubuntu 22.04
Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Access a [Youtube video]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRkr-a0f7ys) where subtitles/CC are available
- Turn on subtitles/CC and launch the video in PiP
- Minimized the main browser window
Expected result
- The subtitles are still displayed in the PiP window while the video is played-back.
Actual result
- The subtitles freeze in the PiP window.
