185632 - Java applet sucks up all key commands and disables all menus

The java applet on this page appears to make Chimera cease to function.  The
back and forward buttons get disabled, along with all menu items.  You can't
close the window, you can't quit the app without force-quitting.  The key
commands for Copy / Paste, etc. seem to still work, along with the command-arrow
back function.  However, leaving that page will leave everything disabled.

You can't even click out on the Finder and select hide others.  It will hide any
other apps, but Chimera stays up front.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.cyberonic.com/
2.observe disabled UI


Actual Results:  
Most menu items are disabled, and the ones that are enabled usually result in a
system beep.

Expected Results:  
not disable system funtionality of shrinking the window, hiding the app, closing
/ quitting the app, etc.

This bug causes me to force quit the app, or have a window constantly open that
I can't do anything with.
