Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 120.0a1-20231002221644
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://blog.whatsapp.com
- Scroll down the page.
- Observe the header.
Expected Behaviour:
The background of the header has a blur effect.
Actual Behaviour:
The background of the header is transparent, the blur effect is not working.
Notes:
- Screenshot provided
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
- Not reproducible on Chrome
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 122 and 125.
Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Browsers: Firefox Nightly 125.0a1-20240219095613 / Firefox Release 122.0.1-20240205133611 / Chrome 121.0.6167.144
Note: Not reproducible on Chrome
