In dark mode, there are some issues with the Storybook container background if a container overflows vertically (the change from dark to light mode is where the cut off is). This has something to do with the way in-content styles are loaded to prevent them from conflicting with Storybook's own styles.
First observed in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D189174#6287923.
