Using mozilla or phoenix, If a page has scrolling text on their status bar, and
you switch focus to a different tab, the status bar text keeps on scrolling.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.bobross.com/
2. open a different tab and give it focus
3. see that the status bar is still scrolling
Actual Results:
status bar text still scrolls
Expected Results:
When you change focus, the status bar should 'belong' to the new tab, not the
old one, in other words, it shouldn't still be scrolling.
