I can have a look. SO far I wasn't able to reproduce locally (on OSX or Ubuntu) :/
Is it really perma-failing? I'd expect highest failure numbers

oh, it's only on mochitest-devtools-chrome-dt-no-eft-nofis-2 , so that makes sense, I'll take care of this
