Navigation back/forward loads the same video despite the location changing in the address bar, only refreshing displays the correct video.

The back navigation no longer fails in new tabs.

Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 120.0a1 (2023-10-4)

Based on the above, the interventions can be removed.

I can still sometimes reproduce it on latest Nightly 120.0a1 (2023-10-05) in a clean profile with the youtube intervention disabled.

Let's keep this if it's indeed still intermittent.
