Details

As consequence of the investigations in Bug 1753165 (See on phabricator) we should better investigate how to handle shutdown when Places is initialized so late that we can't add shutdown blockers.

We should also investigate those consumers like History.cpp that are trying to access the database for weak reasons (link coloring).
