This test minimizes and restore browser windows and asserts on the recency of tabs in those windows. I noticed while implementing it that MacOS in particular seems to produce a different sequence of events when restoring windows and I suspect that is what is going on here.

Gonna close this as a dupe since the test was disabled and we already have bug 1858460 on file for that.
