The issue was reported via the webcompat.com reporter. Since the issue is related to bookmarks and favicons inside bookmarks, we have moved the issue. Please feel free to move the issue to the correct Product and Component.

I have been plaued by this for a long time. It's always only some of them.
My solution so far is to delete the bookmark and redo it.

This server is serving icons with the "no-store" cache-control option, our favicons storage respects the request and doesn't store them.
The server should be fixed.

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 123 and 125.

Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Browsers: Firefox Nightly 125.0a1 (2024-02-20) / Firefox Release 123 / Chrome 121.0.6167.185

Note: Not reproducible on Chrome
