This bug is for enabling speedometer 2/3 tests on the Pixel 6 devices in CI.

These only need to be available to use on try. Firefox, and Chrome release should be enabled on the new platforms. Chromium-as-release will need to be enabled in the future.

In this bug we are adding all the things required to run speedometer and speedometer3 tests on the pixel6 devices in CI

Depends on D191229

Looks like with the way we access the application on the pixel6 devices we are running into an issue with scoped security enforcement
I am looking into what to do to resolve this

We got a green try run on the pixel6 yesterday:

Seems to be perma failing on geckoview sp3 only but passing all sp3 and sp jobs elsewhere
