Operating system: Google Pixel 5 (Android 13)
Firefox version: Nightly 120.0a1-20231008210545

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STANDARD
• Account needed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://act.hoyolab.com/bbs/event/signin/hkrpg/index.html?act_id=e202303301540311&bbs_auth_required=true&bbs_presentation_style=fullscreen&lang=en-us&utm_source=share&utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=web
2. Tap on the login button.
3. Enter your account credentials.
4. Tap on the "Log in" button.

Expected Behaviour:
Shortly after tapping on the "Log in" button, a captcha is shown.

Actual Behaviour:
Nothing happens, captcha is not shown.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Not reproducible with ETP OFF
3. Same behaviour in Private mode
4. Not reproducible on Firefox Release (118.0.1-20230927232528)

This issue can be reproduced on hoyoverse.com as well, the websites are related.
