Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version:Firefox Nightly 120.0a1 (2023-10-08)

Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to : https://www.tripadvisor.com/
2. Observe the "Sign in" button, located in the right corner of the page header.

Expected Behavior:
There are no unnecessary icons present.

Actual Behavior:
The "Cart" icon is present.

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly.
• Reproducible on other parts of the website.
• Works as expected using Chrome and Release.
• Screenshot attached
• Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Note: Given that I currently can't reproduce in Nightly, it looks like this might not be a regression, but rather something intermittent. I'm trying to look into this.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 125.
