Steps to reproduce:
Open this link by pasting it into the URL line.
chrome://browser/content/places/places.xul
Actual results:
Page doesn't load
Expected results:
Until recently, it open the Bookmarks library in a Tab.
I could bookmark it and it worked great.
I found the Feature here, and it worked for a while, until last update I think..

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I think that xhtml instead of xul.
(the places.xul file is renamed to places.xhtml by Bug 1601094)

And it is Firefox 73, not a recent change. Reporter must have used a very old version.

works for me. Does it work for you?
I found out that this works ---> chrome://browser/content/places/places.xhtml

While it works, this is not officially supported, some features are surely broken this way.
