STR:

1. set screenshots.browser.component.enabled to true
2. on any page, open screenshots
3. draw a box so the right side of the box is within 300 pixels of the left side of the window
4. resize the box so the right side is now more than 300 pixels from the left side of the window. moving to the right side of the window works well

ER:
The buttons container should be normal width

AR:
The buttons container is very wide

Verified as fixed on Firefox 120.0b4 and Nightly 121.0a1 on Windows 10, macOS 12, Ubuntu 22.
