User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 <p>Attempting to print anything from Mozilla 1.2{,.1} results in no output being printed; Print Preview just shows a dark grey window. The progress dialog shows "Preparing..." and then closes without showing any actual progress. Changing the Page Setup options does not seem to resolve the problem. The printer is a Ricoh IPSiO NX810-1 accessed over the network; other applications have no problem printing to it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Mozilla. 2. Open any page. 3. Select Print from the File menu. Actual Results: The printer's motor started up, but no output was printed; the Preview window was dark grey with no pages displayed. Expected Results: Printed the page, or shown it in the Preview window.
WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; de-AT; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20021217
Still happens for me with the latest nightly (build 2002121908). Could this be a problem with low disk space? My C: drive has 21.2MB free (although the system temporary directory is assigned to another drive with more space).
Same problem with Mozilla 1.2.1 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130) on Windows 2000 SP1. On my office PC I get the same result as the first report. Blank window on print preview. Printing results in one empty page (on network printer). At home Mozilla 1.2.1 on Windows 2000 SP3 works fine (to local printer). I am using different themes on each PC, but changing the theme at work didn't make any difference. Previous Mozilla releases worked perfectly in both cases. No problems with disk space in either case... GBs free and memory isn't a problem either.
I have the same problem with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; fr-FR; rv:1.2) Gecko/20021126 It had worked for months but now it does not work. I believe it happened after I played whith the "scale" in preview. Why is it marked as "unconfirmed"?
Old version, no response. Works with current versions. Resolving.
