Using build 2002121608 on Win2k (sp3)

When I go to a page with a select box, that select box has focus for mouse
scrolling until the page is scrolled (by other means) to a point at which the
select box is no longer in view, then normal scrolling returns to the mouse. It
is always the first selet box that has focus. Even if I click on the page
outside the form elements, the first select box always has the focus. Keyboard
scrolling works just fine all the time.

Note that I am using a Kensington Thinking Mouse with the latest MouseWorks
driver. I have not tested this behavior with a Logitech mousewheel.

Adding the main Bugzilla query page as a prime example of this behavior in the
URL field above ( http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi ).

When I load that page and try to scroll down with the MouseWorks thinking mouse,
all that moves is the first select box (the "product" select box). Even if I
click somewhere on the page to try to move focus off the select box, scrolling
with the MouseWorks mouse just scrolls the select box. Only when I scroll down
by some other means and get the problem select box out of view does the
MouseWorks mouse scrolling start working again. And, actually, there is a
caveat there as well. If there is another select box still in view, that one
now takes the focus for the MouseWorks mouse scrolling. Weird.
