Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 120.0a1 (2023-10-15)
Preconditions:
Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to : https://www.investopedia.com/simulator/portfolio
- Perform account login
- From the "Portofolio" page, click on the "Support" button located in the lower right part of the page.
- Observe the Contact form pop-up.
Expected Behavior:
The "Where are you experiencing your issue?" option is present.
Actual Behavior:
The "Where are you experiencing your issue?" option is missing.
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
- Works as expected using Chrome.
- Screenshot is attached.
- "How can we help you" replaces the "Description" section.
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and still reproduces on Firefox 123 and 125.
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Release 123.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 125.0a1 (2024-02-19) (64-bit) /Chrome Version 121.0.6167.161 (Official Build) (64-bit)
