Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 120.0a1 (2023-10-15)

Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to : https://www.investopedia.com/simulator/portfolio
  2. Perform account login
  3. From the "Portofolio" page, click on the "Support" button located in the lower right part of the page.
  4. Observe the Contact form pop-up.

Expected Behavior:
The "Where are you experiencing your issue?" option is present.

Actual Behavior:
The "Where are you experiencing your issue?" option is missing.

Notes:

  • Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
  • Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
  • Works as expected using Chrome.
  • Screenshot is attached.
  • "How can we help you" replaces the "Description" section.
  • Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and still reproduces on Firefox 123 and 125.
