Something odd happened to mozilla-central, e.g.:

• https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/ is empty
• https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/json-pushes lists all changesets in obsoletechangesets

This breaks all decision tasks.

This was an issue with hgmo replication, the changesets did exist and were not obsoleted on the server but the repo needed a re-sync to display the repo contents.
