In order to record impressions for Firefox Suggestions (bug 1858542), the awesomebar needs to tell us which suggestions are currently visible. Splitting this work out from bug 1858542 lets us review, land, and test it sooner.

Hi Lorand! This is an internal-only change at the Android Components layer; I don't think there's anything user-visible to verify for this bug. The only thing I can think of is performance, to make sure that typing into the address bar isn't janky, and doesn't regress compared to 119.

Verified as fixed on Nightly 121.0a1 from 10/27 with Motorola Moto G9 plus (Android 11) and OnePlus A3000 (Android 6).
