Currently shopping is enabled via secret settings on nightly and can't be enabled on beta. This bug entails enabling the feature by default on nightly and beta.

Shell recommends we enable Fakespot in Nightly and Beta using Nimbus, using the same Nimbus flag that our 120 experiment will use. We want to test the same code paths that the 120 experiment will use and not add extra flag complexity.

Rahul, should we close this bug? Or should we use this bug to add and test the Fakespot Nimbus flags?
