Cancel pending model downloads when "cancel" is clicked in the Panel Loading View

Details

When a user opens the Translations panel in the Loading View, that is, when they've initiated a translation request, but the models are still downloading, the panel shows up with the "Cancel" button and the "Loading" button which expresses that we're currently working on the translation.

It is slightly misleading when the user clicks the "Cancel" button in this case, as the pending translation is not canceled, rather the panel is just closed. This is the normal behavior across all panel views.

It may be best, in the loading view specifically, if the cancel button did actually cancel any pending model downloads.
