Details

Add “Filter on Case Status” to the following root store Common Task Lists:

  • Open Add/Update Contacts Cases
  • Open Add/Update Root Request Cases
  • Open Root Inclusion Request Cases

Note: Also make the “Case Status” column name consistent in the reports (currently it is “Case Request Status” in two and “Case Progress” in the other)

Case Status filters exist on the Root Store Common Task List reports.

Status: NEW → RESOLVED
Closed: 15 days ago
Resolution: --- → FIXED
