The expected result would be like this, showing "Install extension". Clicking it would lead users to the MS store to install the extension.

Added to the Fx121 relnotes:
Firefox now prompts Windows users to install the Microsoft AV1 Extension to enable hardware decoding support from
about:support
if not already installed.
