Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 120.0a1 (2023-10-19)

Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to : https://www.office.com/
2. Observe the top banner and the "Sign in " button.

Expected Behavior:
The background colors inside the banner and buttons are the same as in Chrome

Actual Behavior:
The background colors inside the banner and buttons are different

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
• Works as expected using Chrome.
• Screenshot attached.
• Overall, the background colors and layout are different.
• Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing.

Verified the issue but the page had a UI update. The colors are the same across Chrome and Opera.
