Looks like pyinstaller related again. mozregression is using the latest version 6.1.0 though: https://github.com/mozilla/mozregression/blob/59ef78819261f3cf88dc70b1d53205f0e5dc184b/requirements/requirements-3.11-Windows.txt#L611

The only way to fix this is for the mozregression devs to submit mozregression .exe to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission . Can you please do this, zeid?

This particular instance of the issue is resolved with the last two versions.
