Steps to reproduce

1. Reduce the size of the browser and move it to an edge
2. Access https://luke-chang.github.io/autofill-demo/autocomplete-us-separate-fields.html?
3. Fill the form and click Submit
4. Enter Edit mode once the Address capture doorhanger appears

Expected result

• All the fields of the modal can be reached.

Actual result

• Part of the modal can’t be accessed.
