We turned it Nightly only in Bug 1860057 due to some regressions reported in Nightly.

I plan to turn this on such that it is released in Fx121. Letting it ride Nightly for a while to catch more potential regressions, then I'll make a patch and push (probably early next week if no opposition?). NIing myself to do so when described.

Let's ship lazy loading iframes in Fx121 if no more regressions are
found in Nightly.
If agreed and nothing else is found, I'll land this patch ~Nov 6.

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: New web platform feature
[Affects Firefox for Android]: Yes
[Suggested wording]: Lazy loading iframes are now supported (<iframe loading=lazy>). Lazy loading iframes are only loaded when visible, so non-critical iframes can load later when needed to speed up initial page loads, reduce initial network usage, etc.

FF121 MDN docs work for this can be tracked in https://github.com/mdn/content/issues/30340 - basically a release note and a compatibility data update.
