generic-worker supports interactive tasks as of 49.2.0, but it needs to be enabled in the pool configuration. Let's turn this on for the wayland pool.

This is blocked on https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/RELOPS-711 as the g-w on this pool is still too old.

This got backed out for breaking the Wayland pool. It wasn't using a modern enough g-w.
