Details

Steps to reproduce

  1. In the Address Bar, type a keyword that would trigger a Sponsored result.
  2. Re-type the same trigger but with different case sensitiveness (eg. AmAzOn).
  3. Repeat the first two steps with a non-sponsored result.

Expected behavior

The Sponsored/non sponsored result is still triggered and displayed as the last option in the Address Bar.

Actual behavior

No Sponsored/non sponsored result is still triggered and displayed in the Address Bar.

  • Firefox version: Nightly 121.0a1.
  • Android device model: Google Pixel 7
  • Android OS version: Android 14.
