:ErichDonGubler is creating a tool called moz-webgpu-cts in order to help the WebGPU team scalably deal with the tens of thousands of tests and hundreds of thousands of subtests that need WPT metadata to model current expected test outcomes. This tool has very different opinions from mach wpt-update WRT how expected test outcomes should be structured. To ease a transition to using this tool, we should run moz-webgpu-cts fmt on WebGPU CTS' current expectations.
