Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 121.0a1-20231102094447
Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us
- Scroll down a little.
- Observe the behaviour.
Expected Behaviour:
The button appears at the bottom of the screen.
Actual Behaviour:
The button does not appear.
Notes:
- Screenshot provided
- Not reproducible with Standard ETP
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
- Same behaviour in Private mode
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

There is now a "Ask Mirosoft" chat button at the bottom of the page instead of the "Chat with sales".
This new button also works in ETP-strict. Either website changed sufficiently or our change in block/exception lists fixed this.
