Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 120.0a1 (2023-11-02)

Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to : https://twitter.com/home
  2. Perform account login.
  3. Locate a tweet with a video and play the video.
  4. Pause the video and observe the video controls.

Expected Behavior:
The "Pip" option is present

Actual Behavior:
The "Pip" option is missing

Notes:

  • Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
  • Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
  • Works as expected using Chrome.
  • Screenshot attached
  • Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 123 and 125.

Environment:

Browsers: Firefox Nightly 125.0a1 (2024-02-20) / Firefox Release 123 / Chrome 121.0.6167.185

Note: Not reproducible on Chrome
