Noodle background renders correct

Clicking outside of window and coming back fixes UI

NI product if we want to keep noodles for future usage of this feature in spotlight. Thanks!

I've confirmed with marketing that we are no longer using the noodles.
We can remove noodles from our spotlight. Do i need to open another bug for the removal of the noodles?
