Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:121.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/121.0
Steps to reproduce:
Enable notifications for YouTube
Wait for a notification to pop up in Windows10
Click on DISMISS button on the the notification popup to dismiss the popup without it doing anything more
Actual results:
The video for the notification started to play in a new tab
Expected results:
Clicking on the Dismiss button should do just that dismiss or make the notification go away. No video should play. Only time the YT video should play is if one clicks out side of the dismiss button area. This is what happens in Chromium based browsers and YT notifciations

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
This is not an Audio/Video Playback but a design issue in the notifications being pushed out by Firefox.
This issue is also occurring in the Developer's Edition of Firefox 120.0b7 (64-bit

Can you post a screen shot of the notification you're referring to? Thanks.
Clicking on any of the Dismiss buttons on any of these notifications causes the video to play rather than the notification to disappear. In the Chromium browser, there is a Close button that when clicked on closes the notification.

I am not able to get any notifications from Youtube on Win10x64 using Firefox build 121.0b9, but since engineering already added component and priority can we mark this as new @Nipun Shukla ? Thank you.

:krosylight I'm a bit surprised to see that dismiss button at all since we don't allow buttons for notifications to show buttons in general, but I have a faint memory that we might have added dismiss for Service Worker notifications for some reason?

That's https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D183516, we need that button otherwise Windows just ignores the require-interaction flag. And this is a dupe of bug 1848801, the button should not do anything.
