The "Enable Shopping Experience" secret setting is useful for QA and localizers that want to test Fakespot in locales other than en-US.

Since this is for Nightly testing, there's no need to uplift to Beta 120.

[:cpeterson] Do we need this now, since we are using the nimbus experimentation flag?

Cancelling this issue because QA and localizers can manually enroll in our Nightly experiment to test.
