[Steps to reproduce]:
- Launch Firefox
- Click the 'Open application menu' button
- Click the 'More tools' button
- Click the 'Customize toolbar...' button
- Drag the 'Zoom Controls' to the Toolbar
- Drag two more items to the Toolbar (one on the left of 'Zoom Controls' and the other on the right)
- Click the 'Done' button
[Expected result]:
• 'Zoom Controls' should be equidistant to the two adjacent items.
[Actual result]:
• 'Zoom Controls' has a larger gap to the right item than to the left item on the toolbar.
[Notes]:
• No 'Flexible Space' among these three items.

Managed to reproduce the issue on macOS 12 and Windows 10 x64 using Nightly 122.0a1, Firefox 121.0b6 and Firefox 120.0.1.
