[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Click the 'Open application menu' button
  3. Click the 'More tools' button
  4. Click the 'Customize toolbar...' button
  5. Drag the 'Zoom Controls' to the Toolbar
  6. Drag two more items to the Toolbar (one on the left of 'Zoom Controls' and the other on the right)
  7. Click the 'Done' button

[Expected result]:
• 'Zoom Controls' should be equidistant to the two adjacent items.

[Actual result]:
• 'Zoom Controls' has a larger gap to the right item than to the left item on the toolbar.

[Notes]:
• No 'Flexible Space' among these three items.

Managed to reproduce the issue on macOS 12 and Windows 10 x64 using Nightly 122.0a1, Firefox 121.0b6 and Firefox 120.0.1.
