Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 121.0a1 (2023-11-09)

Preconditions:
Clean profile
VPN set to the US (New York)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://help.hulu.com/s/
  2. Perform account log.
  3. Scroll the page and click the "Get in touch" option inside the "Contact Us" placeholder.
  4. Select any option and click the "Chat with an Agent" option.
  5. Fill in the requested details and click on the "Start Chat" below the input field.
  6. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The pop-up to chat with an agent is triggered.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.

Notes:

  • Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
  • Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly.
  • Works as expected using Chrome.
  • Screenrec is attached.
  • Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing.
