Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 121.0a1 (2023-11-09)
Preconditions:
Clean profile
VPN set to the US (New York)
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://help.hulu.com/s/
- Perform account log.
- Scroll the page and click the "Get in touch" option inside the "Contact Us" placeholder.
- Select any option and click the "Chat with an Agent" option.
- Fill in the requested details and click on the "Start Chat" below the input field.
- Observe the result.
Expected Behavior:
The pop-up to chat with an agent is triggered.
Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly.
- Works as expected using Chrome.
- Screenrec is attached.
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing.
