Actual results:

SeaMonkey doesn't have support for Korean (ko-KR), I would like to add support.
There is an unofficial Netscape 7 langpack that can be used as a reference. https://web.archive.org/web/20040202005520/http://www.netscape.pe.kr/netscape/

Hi,
You will probably need to talk to the manager of the Korean locale, see:
https://pontoon.mozilla.org/ko/contributors/

Even though I can enable Korean localisation on Pontoon for SeaMonkey, the locale manager needs to set you up with the relevant access to contribution new translations to SeaMonkey.

Please let us know when you have had that conversation. Loop me in if you need to.

Hi. sorry for coming back late, I had a few events..
Back when I created this issue I attempted to contact the locale manager through the mail form on their personal website at https://hyeonseok.com/mail, but I still haven't got a reply.
Do you know of an official way to contact the locale manager?
