Firefox version:Firefox Nightly 121.0a1 (2023-11-12)

Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to : https://www.icloud.com/
2. Perform account login.
3. Observe the date format inside the "Notes" section.

Expected Behavior:
The format is DD/MM/YY

Actual Behavior:
The format is M/DD/YY

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
• Works as expected using Chrome.
• Screenrec attached.
• Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified the issue and it seems the date format is the same on both FF and Chrome now (The format is MM/DD/YY). Closing this as non-compat.
