Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://stackoverflow.com
- Log into your account.
- Access a question on the forum.
- Go to the comment box.
- Observe the comment menu.
Expected Behaviour:
"?" button is visible on the menu.
Actual Behaviour:
"?" button is not visible on the menu.
Notes:
- Screenshot provided
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well regardless of the ETP status
- Not reproducible on Chrome
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and still reproduces on Firefox 123 and 124, but not on 125. Given the fact that the site is a popular one, I will leave this open for further investigations.
