There is basically nothing broken with these tests. I assume it's again due to 1 out of 4 test jobs failed, which is unfortunate and causes quite a lot of extra work for developers.
James, I think that we can just remove the manifest file, right? And that there is nothing that we can improve on the wpt sync side.

Feel free to change the metadata if you think it's really not intermittent. But https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1862600 does suggest that it's actually a low-frequency intermittent that happened to be picked up in that try push.
